This massaman curry is a rich but mild Thai curry. Flavored with hints of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cumin, bay leaves, nutmeg and mace.
This curry is most commonly made with chicken, but it is also often made with duck, beef, mutton, goat, or pork. Vegetarians and vegans have created their own versions of this dish.
Served with steamed rice. Heat in the microwave or on the stovetop until hot.
Ingredients: Beef, potatoes, peanuts, shredded coconut, chilli, coconut cream, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves, cardamom pods, cloves, ginger, palm sugar, fish sauce and crispy shallots.
