Traditional Beef Lasagne

The Italian classic that everyone loves. Starting with extra lean beef, onions, carrots, celery and garlic we cook the sauce for three hours with a splash of red wine, mushrooms, tomato and thyme. Topped with a cheesy béchamel sauce and a splash of sugo.

Very easy to heat in the microwave or the oven, serve with a side salad and a little extra parmesan.

Ingredients: Lean beef mince, onion, carrot, celery, mushroom, garlic, red wine, tomatoes, lasagne sheets, olive oil, salt, pepper, butter, plain flour, milk, parmesan cheese.
