Spiced Pumpkin with Tumeric and Tomato Pearl Barley

Using our special Ras el Hanout, or 'top of the shop' house spice blend, we bake thick cut pumpkin slices in tomato and pearl barley. Flavour-packed and very healthy.

Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and harissa, some herbs and dried fruit.

Ingredients: Pumpkin, olive oil, ras el hanout, pearl barley, tomatoes, vegetable stock, tumeric powder, harissa and sultanas.
