A tagine is a Maghrebi dish which is named after the traditional earthenware pot in which it is cooked. Found in countries throughout the Middle East and Northern Africa, this style of cooking dates back to the Islamic Golden Age around 800AD.
We take chunky cut pumpkin and cook it in our special spices with chickpeas and tomato.
Add our wholemeal couscous as a side. Try with a dollop of yoghurt and fresh coriander.
Heat in microwave or on stovetop until heated through.
