Thai Red Curry Chicken and Vegetables and Rice

One of Thailand's best, this spicy coconut and peanut sauce is full of the country's best ingredients and aromas. We add diced chicken thighs, snow peas, capsicum and zucchini.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice or toss with noodles.

Ingredients: Chicken, snow peas, capsicum, zucchini, peanuts, chicken stock, garlic, palm sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, peanut butter, coconut milk and our own, special Thai red curry Paste.
