A superb and hearty alternative to traditional lasagne, we layer sweet potato, zucchini, eggplant and roasted capsicums between sheets of pasta and top it with our creamy béchamel sauce and loads of parmesan.

Easy to heat in the microwave or oven, top with a little extra cheese and add a side salad.
